LTS Catering your New School Meals Supplier are coming 20th August 2018!


LTS Catering are part of Leicestershire County Council and we have been providing school dinners for over 40 years. We use our breadth of experience to ensure your child receives a well balanced, great tasting lunch. Healthy and nutritious food is our passion, We only use high quality ingredients sourced in line with the Soil Association Food for Life Campaign. We are proud to have been awarded a Silver Accreditation in all of our primary schools for the last three years. We also offer expert knowledge of our dieticians who we work with at the early stage of menu development and will provide special dietary requirements to all children. If your child requires a special diet please fill in the form below in readiness for us providing your school meals.

Below is your schools menu. We have been working together with the school to choose the right menu for your children and this is now ready to view! The new menu will start after the October half term break. You can also check out our theme day marketing calendar for the next upcoming school year!

How much do school meals cost?

A two course school meal costs just  £2.20 for a primary pupil. Why not ensure your child has a healthy, nutritious two course school dinner.  Our 3 week primary menu has an excellent variety of traditional favourites and new dishes, a sample menu is displayed above. 


How do I pay for my child's meal?

You can pay for your child’s meal by cash, cheque or online via Parent Pay. Office staff are available every morning to take payment.    




Free School Meals

Parents who are  receiving certain benefits can claim free school meals for their children. School meals are a good way to ensure that your child eats well at lunchtime, and you can save yourself time and money.  Even if your children doesn't want to eat the meals, completing an application form could still help your school. The more eligible parents who apply, the more funding the school can receive!


Who is eligible for Free School Meals?


  • Income Support (IS), or

  • Income-based Jobseekers Allowance (IBJSA), or

  • Income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), or

  • National Asylum Seeker Support under part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999, or

  • Child Tax Credit (provided you’re not also entitled to Working Tax Credit and have an annual gross income of no more than £16,190), or
  • the guaranteed element of State Pension Credit, or

  • Working Tax Credit run-on - paid for 4 weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit   

How to Apply for Free School Meals

 Please note: you should only apply for Free School Meals if you receive one of the benefits listed above.


  • Complete the application form and return to the school office Free School Meals Application Form.

  • By telephone - call us on 0116 454 1009.  Make sure you have your National Insurance number to hand. 
  • By post - download and print the application form and post it to:
